Wood, Trees and Leaves

Good  Morning Everyone!

Today at Sweet Stampin' we have a new challenge and it is a different one, "Wood, Trees and Leaves".
Perfect for this time of year don't you think? We have a great sponsor for this challenge it is Hobbycutz.

We also have our generous monthly sponsor The Ribbon Girl.

So here is what I came up with, I know not very creative but seriously I realized I don't have many stamps with trees, wood or leaves. I obviously need to add a bit of mother nature to my stamp collection.

The tree is a rubber stamp from Penny Black called Fantasy. I used some Stickles and some Liquid Pearls on the branches, very simple and you could change out the colors for different occasions. So I hope you will join us with something you create.

Thanks for stopping by!

Halloween Fun

Hello everyone,

Hope all is well. I am doing just fine thankfully!  I am loving fall my favorite time of the year. So many things going on this time of year and the cooler weather makes me feel refreshed.

So I have this cute card today I did, well let's just say I made a card using the wrong image for a challenge (the mind is just going) so I have this adorable card just for fun! I used a Wee stamp by Sylvia Zet and colored her using my copics. She is just the cutest witch ever. I also added some stickles on her hat for some extra sparkle.

Hope you are taking advantage of this time of year and indulging in a little Halloween fun, you know some candy, apple picking, pumpkin carving, parties etc. We went to a Halloween party the other night, it was a fundraiser I had spoke about in an earlier post. My daughter ran it and did an awesome job. I thought I would bore you a bit and share a picture of my husband and I as we went as pirates. Albeit very old pirates are we hehehe!

Thanks for stopping by and indulging me!

Halloween Time

Good Morning Friends,

First I would like to say hello to my newest followers, it is so nice to have you aboard! I appreciate your comments and hope you will stop by often. It is always fun to share what you love with someone who appreciates your efforts.

So I have had one of those weeks, you know what I mean, appointments that ran longer than expected, a power outage, computer servers that went down at work, etc. Nothing life threatening by any means just mild inconveniences in life but annoying none the less! So I am glad the week is over and plan on starting fresh next week haha!

So this week at Sweet Stampin' we have a new challenge, Halloween! So that is fun and easy. Check out my card:

This adorable image was so fun to color and easy. I used my Copics to color it. It was given to us by our wonderful sponsor this week which is the Stamp Fairy.

We also have our monthly sponsor the Ribbon Girl.

So I hope you will join us in this challenge. Just remember you must stamp something on your creation.

Thanks for stopping by!
