Hi Everyone,
Just a quick post today with a card I made for a friend. I wanted to share it sooner but I had to make sure she received it first hehe.
I just love this sentiment. The image is from Art Impressions and the sentiment I combined it with is from Funny bones by Riley and Company. They have a whole line of really cute and funny sentiments. I found it at my local favorite scrap store here in Topsfield. I colored the image with my copics. Hope you enjoy!
Thanks for stopping by for a quick visit. I am entering this in the following challenges:

Back to the real world
Hi Everyone,
Well I am back from my wonderful time in Nashville. It was still cold there but we had so much fun. Heard some great musicians playing at the restaurants and bars, loved BB Kings went there 3 times. The Grand Ole Ole Opry was just amazing. So many talented performers and such a fun setting too. We went Saturday night and what I did not realize is that they do a live radio show, so the whole show we are watching is being broadcast to the radio. It was a great time. Even bought myself a pair of cowboy boots!
But now back to real life hehe. We will start with a new challenge at Color Me Creative and it is everyone's favorite....anything goes! Yup, any image, any theme, and any color as long as you use alcohol markers or colored pencils to color it. Easy right? So here is what I did.

Valentine's in Nashville
Hi Everyone,
So today I am showing you the card I made for husband for Valentine's Day. We are headed out to Nashville tomorrow for a conference he is attending and I am going because I have never been. So if any of you have been there please let me know if there is something I should see or do, or maybe a great restaurant to go to. We will be right in downtown Nashville. I did get tickets for the Grand Ole Opry for Saturday night, don't ask me who is playing I really don't know much about country music hehe! I am sure we will enjoy whoever is there.
So here is his card, it is a bit sexy so if you are shy look away!! Of course, this adorable Kenny K image might have been more appropriate for me 30 years ago but what the heck, I thought she was great! Besides we have been married for 30 years this summer and he is still wonderful enough to tell me I look just as good (God Bless that poor eye sight as we age hehehe).
I colored her with my copics and added a bit of shine to her shoes and sparkle to her ruffles.
Thanks for stopping by. I am entering this in the following challenges:
KennyK's Krafty Krew: Anything goes Twist Love
Fussy and Fancy Friday: Be my Valentine

Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
Hi Everyone,
So glad you decided to stop by! We have a new challenge over at Color Me Creative and it is "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun". So do your best to show us your girly, frilly, feminine creations. You can use any image, just remember it has to be colored using alcohol markers or colored pencils.
This is what I created.
I used an image given to us by our sponsor this week Dilly Bean Stamps. Isn't she gorgeous? You could win this stamp or any of the stamps in her store since the prize is 3 digital stamps of your choice. So what are you waiting for? hehe
I colored her using my copics.
Her Hair: E37, E35, E31, and E50. I am very happy with how her hair came out, I used to struggle so much with hair but I am getting a bit better now!
Skin: E11, E00, E000, R20
Eye: B14, B12, B00
Flower: R17, R14, R11
Please stop by CMC and see what the other Design Team members did, it is amazing and these stamps are so fun and different.
Thanks for stopping by,
Kim
