Crazy chipmunks

Good Morning Everyone,

Thought I would share with you my crazy experience. While driving the other day my AC in the car just stopped blowing. The fan would not work at all. I just bought the car in February it is a certified preowned so I could not imagine what would cause this.

Brought it into the dealer only to find out a chipmunk had made a nest in my engine by chewing out my air filter and surrounding parts which then jammed my fan and caused the fan motor to burn out!
So $525 later, I think if I park for extended periods of time, it will be in my garage lol.

Just had to share haha. But today's card is a winter card (when chipmunks are not around here). This is a digital stamp from Sylvia Zet which I have had for a long time. I colored her using my copics. I did this in non traditional colors which I really find appealing. Hope you enjoy!

Summertime

Hi Everyone,
I guess it is officially summer this week!!!! I am excited because we just put a small pool up in our yard and the grandkids are having a lot of fun in it. (So are the grandparents lol).

Hope everyone is getting out a bit more and enjoying the nicer weather. For today's card it was a custom card I made for a friend. She wanted it to be similar to her and her dog and I think it is adorable.

The images are separate, the girl is from Kenny K stamps and the dog, I cannot remember. It may be tiddly inks but not sure. Both are digital images that I colored using my copics.

Kinda Cute DT

Good Morning Friends!

Exciting news, I have been chosen to be part of the Kinda Cute Design Team. I am super excited about this because there are so many talented ladies there and the stamps are SOOOOO cute!

                                        


My first choice of stamps was this bride and groom since it is June I figured why not think weddings haha!

I colored this using my copics and added some stickles to her gown for extra glitter and some pearls to her headband. I also added some flowers to match the background paper for a bit of a 3D effect. I thought the musical notes were appropriate since they seem to be enjoying a good dance!

Forty and Fabulous

Hello Everyone!

We have made it to June! Hopefully in one piece lol. So today's card is a custom card I was asked to create. I have never done a scene so to speak so the beach and sky is new for me. I got this digital image from Coco Palm Studio. I colored her and the back ground using my copics. The starfish is a separate rubber stamp I stamped, colored and cut out. The clouds are a die I used for a bit of a 3D affect. Enjoy!
