So it is Wednesday, half way there to the weekend! Not that I have exciting plans but no work is nice. Speaking of plans, my sister-in-law has invited me to go down to Florida (that is where she lives) to attend the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbook Convention in September. Has anyone ever been? I have never been to any scrapbook convention, but I believe I am going to attend this one. Besides, I am sure my brother cannot wait to see me hehehe! If you have been to this one or another let me know about it, I am very interested.
So today's card is a cute little girl from Sassy Cheryl called Dancing Day. I colored her with Copics. I used a Sharpie poster paint marker to make the polka dots on her headband and trim. I applied some Glossy Accents on her shoes to make them shiny. I stitched her to a layer of red cardstock. The polka dot paper is from echo park called Happy Days.

What a cute card, and in my fav color of all time!! lol! I think you will LOVE the CK Convention... I have gone a few times... mostly to shop,(you will find some great deals there) i have never taken any classes because i am too busy shopping!! lol!, I suggest you wear your comfy shoes because there is a lot see!
