Vintage maybe

Good Morning Everyone,

Today there is a new challenge at Sweet Stampin', it is Vintage! So get out your distressing tools, your gorgeous papers, lace, pearls, etc and get crafting. Of course don't forget to stamp somewhere on your creation.

We as usual, have two wonderful sponsors, our weekly sponsor this week is Crafty ribbons.

And our monthly sponsor is once again the wonderful Joanna Sheen.

So come on now a chance at two wonderful prizes you must enter now!
For my card I used a Tilda Magnolia Stamp, I just lover her, she is the sweetest. I colored her with copics and used some glitter on her hat and fur trim. The papers I used were from Teresa Collins, I thought the muted colors and design had a nice vintage feel. I am not that great at vintage but I think you get the point. I distressed the edges and used some distress ink to make the papers look old. I love the velvet bow, I thought it was the perfect accessory hehe!

So hop on over to Sweet Stampin' and see what the other DT members have created and then let us see something of yours.
Thanks for stopping by.

Kim

I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Love To Create Challenge: Anything Goes
Simon Says Stamp: Anything Goes
Two Sisters challenge:  Favorite Stamp

Color me

Good Morning Everyone,

Today over at Pixie Dust Challenge we have a color challenge. You must use these colors in your creations either your image or papers, etc, you get the idea! Fortunately, they are Halloween colors too so it is a good excuse to get your Halloween cards done.

I used this sweet Pixie Dust Image called Pixie Boo that you can purchase here. I colored her with copics. I used a rubber stamp from Recollections for the sentiment. I added some glitter stickles to her hair bow. The flower and ribbon is from Iva Nova Chest, a great online store with beautiful ribbons, flowers and charms. Excellent customer service too!

I hope you will stop by Pixie Dust Studio and check out what the other challenge team members have created. Then you may be inspired to come up with your own idea, we would love to see it!

Thanks for stopping by. I am entering this card in the following challenges:

Creative Inspiration:  BINGO  (Flowers, glitter, stamp)
Simon Says Stamp:  anything goes

Hi Everyone,

So I was deciding which challenge to enter my card in when I saw Kenny K was doing a Fruity challenge, so I had to look up is Pumpkin a fruit or a vegetable? I guess it depends who you ask, but I am going with fruit as google told me it was ok hehehehe!

I hope you like my card, I used a Kenny K image and a stamp from Inkadinkadoo. I love the two together.

The cat and fence are a die cut from Spellbinders and the paper I had in my scrap pile. Hope you like her, she is not your average trick or treater!

I am entering this in the following challenges:

Love to Create Challenge:  anything goes.
Kenny K Krafty Krew:  Fruity (yes pumpkin is a fruit)
ATC and Cards with Attitude:  anything goes

Just for fun

Hi Everyone,
Hope you are all doing fine. I found that I actually had this beautiful day with nothing planned so I was able to play in my scrap room and made these tags just for fun. Lately, it seems I am making things for challenges, design teams, special occasions, friends, etc. and while I love doing all of that, sometimes it is nice to just be creative for the fun of it.

I hope you like these cute little tags. They were very simple to make but I thought they were cute.

I used one piece of 12 x 12 printed text paper, cut it to fit tags, used black card stock for the back. Some ribbon I had lying around for the top of the tags. The ghosts which I love are actually a memory box die. The pumpkins and birdcages are from Jolee's Boutique the rest are stamps. Quick, simple but yet effective haha!

I am entering these in the following challenges:

Love to Create: Show us your Ribbon
C.R.A.F.T. Challenge: Autumn

Pink Elephants

Happy Thursday!
Hope everyone is doing well. I  would like to take a minute to thank all my followers yet again, as I much appreciate your comments and the time you take to check out my cards.

So for today it is a new challenge at Pixie Dust Studio and it is a photo inspiration. I have not done a lot of these but they are fun because everyone sees and interprets the photo in their own way. You can tell by my card that I went with the colors, stripes and fringe of the photo. But you could use the style, the room the lights whatever you see that you want to put on a card. So try it, you might like it hehe.

Of course I used this sweet image from the Pixie Dust Shop and colored with copics. The fringe I cut with my Martha Steward fringe scissors, I have had them for about 6 months and have never used them...I know so bad of me.

I hope you will check out what my team mates created and then enter our fun challenge. Since I cannot enter our own challenge (haha) I am entering him in the following challenges:

365 Cards:  Fringe Binge
Crafts and Me Challenge:  In the pink

Have a great day!
