Love You in Pink

Hi Everyone,

Hope all is good in the world. We are all doing fine over here. Just spent the morning with my granddaughter and of course that was fun!

Today's card is an image from My Besties which I have had for some time and just decided it was time to color her again.

Stayed with the blues and pinks, I like how it came out, but I did struggle with this  one.

Thanks for stopping by.

Flowers and faeries

Hello Everyone,

I am so enjoying my new granddaughter, who knew it would be this fun, hold her, feed her, change her, kiss her, rock her, love her and then go home and sleep all night hehe! But enough of my bragging, (although it is well deserved because she is perfect) lol.

So today I created this adorable card with an image from Faery Ink. This is the first image I have ever colored of theirs. I absolutely love it along with all their images so cute, so glad I found them. I colored her with copics and went with lots of flowers.

Thanks for stopping by.

I am a Nana!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Please indulge me this one time, but I have been posting about my long awaited granddaughter, well she finally made an appearance. After 20 hours of labor, 2 and a 1/2 hours of pushing, only to be taken through a C-section, Harper Anne decided to be born Tuesday night. She is my chunky monkey at 8 pounds, 7 ounces!

So thanks for letting me brag a bit, but I am in love and love makes us do strange things lol.

Another guest designer spot!

Hi Everyone,

Lots of exciting news this week. I am the featured guest designer over at Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge! How exciting is that. They had a recipe you had to follow for this challenge and this is what I came up with.

This is an adorable Magnolia Tilda stamp I have had for some time. It was a black and white theme so hence the color choices. I colored her with my copics. I love that map paper, it makes it look like she is on an adventure.

Hope you all have a great week and check out my next post, there may be pictures of my new granddaughter, just saying....

Hugs,
Kim

Guest Designer!

Hello Everyone,

So today my card is being featured at All Dressed Up as I was chosen to be their guest designer.
This was really very exciting to me as I had just come across their blog by looking around at some cards and they offered a couple of free images of which I totally took advantage of and then entered my card in and was chosen in the top 3 and then asked to be a guest designer.

So this is the card I made, using one of their images called Little Flower Fairy. I think she is adorable. I colored her with copics and added some stickles for some sparkle.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your day.

Happy Valentines Day

Hello Everyone,

Hope it is a good day for everyone. So of course we know Valentines Day is tomorrow. I think it should be a fun day, not just about couples but about love in general. Great couples don't need a special day to announce their love, they show it every day to each other. But I think it can be a fun day to remind some others how much they are loved...

All that being said I made this fun card with an image from Sassy Studio Designs. How cute is she? I like to imagine I could look like that in a bikini, but let's just say the reality is not quite as pretty hahaha!

I colored her using my copics, I swear 4 years of practice and I still struggle with hair coloring, oh well it was fun either way.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your Valentines Day tomorrow. Remember to show somebody besides your significant other that you love them!

Still Waiting

Hi All,

So my lovely granddaughter has decided to make us wait a little longer for her grand entrance. Apparently, she likes to gather a lot of suspense first lol. But while waiting I have made yet another baby card. I know what can I say we have a lot of friends having babies. I have used this image multiple times but I just think it is the cutest!

Of course I colored her with my copics and used some left over paper from one of my prior baby cards.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great night.

Hopping ahead

Hello my friends,

Today I am crafting (still waiting for that baby to come) and I am moving ahead to Easter. Today's card is a card and gift box in one. I am sure many of you have done these yourself but they are really fun to give with a bit of candy inside.

I used an image from Saturated Canary which I colored with copics. Kept the rest of the card front simple.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your day! I know I will.

Bunny love

Hi Again,

Here I am posting so much this week, guess I just had some extra time on my hands, really loving it though.

Today's card I am jumping ahead to Easter, yes I know it is soon, but when my new granddaughter gets here I won't have as much time to craft!

This image is an oldie I have had for a long time, it was also a freebie but cannot remember from who unfortunately. Check out those cute little chicks on the bottom, they are from a Martha Stewart punch!

Thanks for stopping by, feel free to say hello.

Just 5 more days til the due date hopefully she will go on time. She will kill me but check out how cute this is:

I love this kid!!!

Animal love

Hi Everyone,

So some fun news, I won top three over at All Dressed Up for my "Just Found This " post. The great part was I won using a free digital image they offered.

So now on to my next card. I had this adorable little image I believe from Saturated Canary, called Patches. I colored him/her using copics. I embossed the white paper with a folder and used stickles.
It is a simple card but very cute.

Now who does not love cute little animals. I don't have any cats but I have two crazy dogs.

Sorry had to share a little picture hehe!

Hope you have a great day!

Girls having fun!

Hello everyone,

Hope all is well. A bit of a crazy day here, my husband's coffee maker at work broke (he cannot live without his coffee lol), my daughter burnt her hand on her hair straightener this morning before work (ouch), one of my dogs threw up (yuck) and I started a diet. Sorry to my family but starting a diet is worse than any of your issues today hahahahaha!

Today though I have a card that is fun and no diet necessary. This cute image I have had for a while but still love it. It is from Sassy Cheryl, this is Sassy Sally. I just love the bright fun colors in this card.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope your day is going better than anyone in my family today!
