Merry Christmas

 Merry Christmas Everyone!

I hope this day finds you all happy, healthy and full of joy! I am spending the day home with my immediate family which includes my precious granddaughters! Nothing like Christmas with kids. 

I am sharing my card today that I made for the Polkadoodles new challenge that actually begins today! There is a new challenge every friday, I hope you will choose to play along. 

I have used the adorable Winnie on this card. She is bringing all her gifts!. I colored her with copics and used some glitter for some added sparkle. I tucked a little surprise tag behind her that when you pull it out there is a gift card. What a fun surpise for someone special.

Today I want to share with you a card I made using a digital image from Polkadoodles new release Too Cute Frosty Winter Smiles. this is ski time. I colored him with my copics and added some awesome glitter to his hat. Since this is a digital image I added some digital trees from the Winnie Winterland Ebellies.

Want to share with you a card I made using Sweet  Tweets from Polkadoodles new release Frost Smiles. Each is cuter than the next. I thought this one would be a great Valentines card or christmas Thank you. 

I colored him with my copics, added a few hearts and some snow glitter. Quick and simple but the results are stunning! Alway easy with a great image.

Gobble Til You Wobble

 Hi Everyone, 

Wanted to share this adorable card I did using digital image from Kinda Cute by Patricial Alarez. I colored this cuties with my copics. The sentiment I just added myself. The first turkey looks like he is rubbing his belly haha. I really enjoyed how sweet this one was. I thought it would be a cute card for Thanksgiving to add with a little hostess gift. (I don't normally send Thanksgiving cards, but this is good for a gift.)

Tangled lights

 Good Morning Everyone, 

Can you believe it is November 1st already? The holidays are getting close and I am all about the holidays. I decorate too early and too much but I don't care. I start playing Christmas music soon too lol. My kids think I am nuts but it doesn't stop me. Which brings me to this cutie. Bag, tag and card

 Good morning friends,

So today I have a trio of fun. This wonderful card with matching bag and tag! Perfect for a fun gift. I used this fun image of Ruby from Polkadoodles that you can get here. I colored  here with my copics. The background paper also from Polkadoodles which you can obtain here (I highly reccomend this digital paper). I also used the same paper to adhere to a gift bag to make it all coordinate. A neat trick for any time. Finally the sentiments were also from Winnie Celebrations that you can find here.

So this week at Polkadoodles the Design Team was asked to create a gift. I love, love, love how this came out! I can see this being done so many ways.

Besties Reminder

Almost forgot to post my reminder card for the challenge over at My Besties International Challenge. I don't know about you but life it is a bit crazy around here. This virus is changing everything we knew to something challenging about every aspect of our life! But enough of my complaining, I am a lucky woman that I get to create pretty things.

Different closure

 Hello,

So today for my Design Card at Polkadoodles we had to use a different type of closure on our card. I chose buttons with a string. I used this adorable image Baked with Love Gingerbread that you can get by clicking the link. I also used Baked with love Embellies that are digital which I printed and cut out. The papers are from Winnie White Christmas. 

I colored him with my copics and used buttons for the closure which I added the embellies to look like candy.

DT too cute Agnes

 Hello Everyone,

Today I have another cutie from the new release over at Polkadoodles. This one is Agnes Elephant Balloon. I love this for a baby card because I just love elephants. When my first daughter was born (33 years ago) we decorated her nursery with elephants and I thought it was the sweetest thing. We chose not know the sex of our baby so we did the room in yellow and gray, so cute. 

So I colored Agnes with my copics and layered some digital papers with an adorable swiss dot on them. I added some dots to my background to compliment it all. Hope you enjoy!

Polkadoodles fall DT

 Good Morning everyone,

I am here with today's card. I used the adorable Tandem ride which I colored with my copics. 

I also added tree scene which I thought looked like a fall tree losing its leaves. to which I added some live moss to make it more realistic. The background paper is from Winnie sugar sprinkles it is like a swiss dot that can be used for so many things, I love it.  Finally the sentiment is from Winnie Celebrations 1.

Treat Bags

 Hi Everyone, 

Today I have this sweet treat bag. I created this as part of the DT for Polkadoodles Challenge this week. I used this sweet Winnie as the main focus.

I colored her up using my copics. I layered up some papers from the Halloween Trick or Treat digital papers.

I then added them to a cellophane bag used plain black on the backside. Attached Winnie with foam tape and added a bit of lace and bling on the top.  Then I added a sweet treat and sealed the bag. Hope you love it!

Pumpkin Season

 Hi Everyone,

It is September can you believe it? 6 months of this pandemic and still going strong. What about school? Our state most kids are still remote learning. It is a weird feeling. I have always loved this time of year because it was like everything was new again. But now it is still the same ha! But I still love me some pumpkins!!!

 Hello Everyone,

I feel like it has been forever since I posted. I have just been living life lol. Spent two nights in a neighboring state with my husband to try and decompress from the madness that is our world right now. Then just enjoying some summer fun with the grandkids. 

Today's card is just purely because I love this image from Polkadoodles and could not wait to color her. Then once colored I was in love haha. I am serious, I don't always love all my art work but this one I think is soooo cute.

Polkadoodles has some of the cutest stamps ever. Not to mention their digital papers. I have never used digital papers before joining this team, but now I think I am hooked!

So my first creation for them is this card/Christmas invitation. This adorable stamp is from the Winnie Winterland, called Mr. and Mrs. Claus (for obvious reasons) lol! There are so many adorable stamps of just Winnie not to mention all the others.

That gorgeous paper both inside and outside of my card, was the inspiration for my color choices. This is from the digital paper collection called Winnie Winterland Paper Heaven 4. This comes with a selection of 5 different patter papers. You pay once and print as much as you like! Why have I waited so long to do this?

Twins

Hi Everyone,

I am back today with these adorable cards!!! I created these cards for Kinda Cute Designs by Patrica Alvarez as I am a DT member there. I used this adorable image, twin peas, which actually is 3 images, girls, boys or both! You can get these images here:

I colored both images with my copics and then went crazy using some die cuts and buttons and flowers to get just the right feel. The little sentiment on the inside I just created myself which I thought was quite witty lol!

Pigs and Popsicles

Happy to be here this steamy Monday morning! Spent another weekend of pool fun with the kids!
I colored this adorable digital image from Lee Holland last week and just got around to posting it. This pig is soooo adorable! I colored the whole image with my copics and added some glitter to make the sand glisten. I kept the card itself rather simple so you focus on this sweet image.

Hello Everyone!

Just another Happy Monday! I had a great weekend again. Did a little crafting which is always a good thing for me. Besides making cards, I make wreaths and I am working on Halloween and Fall which is crazy since it is so warm out. But I started some more fall cards too. Today's card is a perfect Thanksgiving Day card.

I used this adorable digital image from Sassy Cheryl. I colored her with  my copics and added some Stickles for some sparkle.
