Fairies and flowers

 Hello everyone!

Polkadoodles has a new release of digital stamps it is the Fairy Winnie Daisy stamps. I created this card using Bluebell available here

The background is a stencil also from Polkadoodles called Wildflower Meadow available here. I first printed the image on the paper I would color on. I used my copics in BV's to color her. Then I masked her off and put the stencil parts I wanted on the paper and used Distress Oxide in shaded Lilac for the flowers and Distress Ink Shabby Shutters for the grass and stems.

I added some blue Distress Ink for the sky and used some old cloud dies from Memory box. Added some stickles to the wings and we are done!

There is a pre colored version of this stamp also available if you do not wish to color which would be just as perfect!

Hope you go check this release out! I am entering this in the following challenges:

Today I am sharing a card that is a bit different than my usual. I tend to create the same style a lot, not sure if any of you share that trait or not. So I forced myself to try something new. This card is a combination of La La Land Crafts and Lawn Fawn.

I used the Lawn Fawn Honeycomb stencil as my background. Then I used Lawn Fawn Hive Five stamps along with La La Land Mini Bumble Bee Marci. I colored up everything with my copics and added a sentiment. I love how she came out.

Home and Mom

 Hi Everyone,

Today I am sharing a card that I think is perfect for mother's day. It says no place like home, but when I would think of home, I would think of my mom. This adorable image is Marci from La La Land Crafts in the role of Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz. The background paper is also from La La Land.

I colored her up using copics and a ruler haha to get that gingham on her dress. I die cut one of the poppies and added some sparkle on her shoes because what is Dorothy without sparkly shoes.

Custom Cards

 Hello Everyone,

It's Thursday! Almost the weekend. I got a new washer and dryer installed today so I am excited. Yup that is my life, excited about a washer and dryer hahaha! Even more exciting I am going out to eat tonight yes!! Italian food my favorite which is silly because my husband is Italian and does all the cooking here so I should not be as excited but I am Ha!

Today's card was a request from my granddaughters. They are attending a birthday party for two sisters who are having it at a roller rink. This is one of the cards I have created so far. The other one is in the process.

It is Roller Skating Marci. She has been quite popular for me this month. I have colored her up with Copics and placed a disco ball in a shaker. I think it is sooo cute. Of course I also gave her some sparkle in her headband and pants.

I love making girly cards, I think it is because I have two daughters and two granddaughters. I have no little boys in my life so I struggle more with boy cards.

Believe in Yourself

Hello to all,

Today my card is one we should all agree with, Believe in Yourself! So important to do so and to teach our children the same. It is a crazy world out there with many uncertainties, we have to rely on our own decision making.

I used a cute image from La La Land Crafts and colored her up with Copics. I also added a sweet little Chihuahua also from La La Land Crafts. I created a mirror for the background since believing in oneself it is good to see our reflection.

Hope you enjoy!

Easter All Ready

 Hi Everyone,

Here I am waiting for the big n'oreaster that actually went so far south I got no snow! Of course I am not complaining, I cannot wait for spring. I definitely am not a winter person. This year has not been too bad so I won't complain haha (at least not today).

Today I am sharing an Easter card. Do you make Easter cards? Do you send Easter Cards? I do love to receive a card in the mail, although at the price of cards in the store I much rather a hand made one so at least you keep it that on display!

I used a rubber stamp from La La Land Crafts. Digi stamps tend to be my favorite because they are easier to manipulate but I still love a good old rubber stamp. The dies I used are also from La La Land Crafts.

I colored her up using copics, my favorite medium. She has some awesome hair, I wish I had all that hair hahaha!

 Good Sunday Morning my friends!

Today I am posting a card I made for Polkadoodles new release pancakes and waffles. This is a digital download along with some SVG cutting files. It is so cute! I colored her up using copics and created a brick wall behind her with just a ruler and some copics.  It is always fun to play with all the elements digitally to create a little scene. Plus I just added the hat to her head. The possibilities when playing around with digital images is endless.

 Hi everyone,

Created this cutie for my granddaughters birthday, she is going to be 8 next month! That went by fast.

I used this cute digital stamp from La La Land Crafts because she love coloring and drawing so I thought it was perfect and of course what kid doesn't love a shaker card. I colored the image up using copics.

The paper and sentiment are also from La La Land Crafts. I do so enjoy their products.
